• Responsible to prepare timetable for train services and monitoring of train service punctuality and availability through different ATS reports and Time Distance Graph.

• Responsible for defining the scenarios of operation in degraded mode and recovery plan, in case of incidents
• Assisted Director Operation & DGM OCC to review and analyze operations and monitor system performance to identify and solve problems and ensure efficient and cost effective operations.
• Prepared maintenance/ incident/ daily operation reports, correspondence, standard operating procedures.
• Plan and implement maintenance schedules.
• Ensure maintenance or installation activity to be done according to the approved Method Statement
complying complete safety protocols.
• Facilities Management for all 26 stations, Main Sub stations, depot, S. Yard
• Approve temporary/emergency constructions(maintenance) after go through their work methodology.
• FAS, BAS, SCADA, HMI, MMI, Signaling System operations and maintenance management.
• Secure and meet KPIs for train operations and faults handling.
• Monitor and Evaluate performance of the OCC Controllers and subordinates to ensure performance with the directions goals and objectives and eliminate impediments to peak performance.
• Prepare and verify CCTV system configuration data using various tools(TVS, Ode etc).
• Apply the configuration data/script files on desired station using Ansible and other tools.
• As per design, install and configure NVRs (Linux Servers) and VMs(Web Machine etc) onsite and troubleshoot
for any problem/issue.
• Testing and Commissioning of every component of CCTV system.
• Integrate CCTV in OCS system and test/verify its working on OCS level.
• As a PIC ensure safety for installations and other activities.
• Escalate issues where necessary and provide status report to the IVVQ Manager
• Consult and audit several commercial entities for their CCTV Security Systems as per security standards.
• Complete technical assessment of project design; submittals, specifications, software/systems, programs,
schematics/SLD, operational/product manuals, blueprints, and soft drawings.
• Onsite testing and verification of configuration and working of Video Management System/ NVR, CCTV
cameras/ coverage levels(Identification, recognition and detection), Storage(SAN/NAS/RAID configuration),
SNMP Log server and Firewall.
• Testing and verification of redundancy on HLD/LLD for Servers/Switches/Storage.
• Provide consultancy during the project approval or during/after the onsite audit, for compliance.
• Prepare and maintain inspection report for the inspection/audit
• Prepare proposals, BOQ after site survey for CCTV system/ network.
• Project design/ Autocad Design (Single Line Diagram/ Layouts) and Estimation.
• NVR, Router(Remote View) and CCTV cameras configurations as per client requirements.
• Project deployment plan and implementation.
• Testing/commissioning and project completion/handover report
• AutoCAD drafting/ Electrical designing for lighting systems..
