1. I have excellent skills in Recruitment & Selection and have very good exposure of the whole recruitment process. I dealt the recruitment / induction of new employees for 5 years in MEPCO and completed induction of about 2000 candidates against various categories of posts. I also managed their subsequent orientation at Regional Training Centre / Circle Training Centres..
2. Exerted extra-ordinary efforts in revision of Yardstick as well as organisational structure of MEPCO / Company.
3. I also worked with USAID for 5 years as HR team Lead between 2012-2016.
4. Formulated Job Descriptions and Job Specifications of about 180 different Categories of Officers of MEPCO.
5. Have very good expertise and exposure of following HR Functions:-

6. I also worked as Company Secretary with the Board of Directors and have very good exposure of secretarial work and am good in drafting minutes of meetings.
7. I also held the additional charge of the post of Director Legal of the Company and have good exposure of legal affairs of the company and appearing in various competent courts of Law.
8. I also worked as Director Transport and Security of the company and have good exposure in this field too.
9. I am presently holding the portfolio of Director Exams and dealing with all kinds of trainings and post trainings exams of all categories of employees of the company.

My role was to handle tax matters and basic general administrative issues of the company.
