1. Design and Estimation of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Video/Audio Intercom, Gate Barrier, BMS, VMS, Lighting Control, Sound & SMATV System.
2. Preparing the Quote as per the project specification and requirement.
3. Managing the project related activities in the ELV division for CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Video/Audio Intercom, Gate Barrier, BMS, Lighting Control, Sound
& SMATV System.
4. Making CCTV design as per New SIRA Regulation 2019 and taking approval from Security Consultant and provide end-to-end solution for ELV systems.
5. Cable installation, CCTV Camera installation, DVR/NVR configuration & Support.
6. Meets with the contractor for technical discussions to ensure the design is in line with the proposal or requirement.
7. Active element in every aspect of the project (studying the drawing, site survey, making quotation, dealing with vendors, inventory management and handing over).
8. Explaining Clients about the project by preparing technical Presentation, AutoCAD Drawing and Material Technical Submittal.
9. Performing Site Survey, Based on site survey finalize the AutoCAD drawing for the Low current, audio Visuals & IT Solutions.
10. Dealing with the suppliers regarding the prices with the local and International suppliers.
11. Site visit for testing and commissioning of CCTV System, to make sure the recommended solutions are correctly deployed.
12. Uploading all CCTV device and Camera Mapping in the SIRA portal.
13. Engineering designing and estimation of controls systems as per specifications and compliance and integrated with BMS.
14. Design and Estimation of Smart Home Automation as per Client requirement.
15. Experienced in both FTTH and FTTM as per Etisalat and Du requirement.
16. Designing and Estimation Structured Cabling System as per New TRA Rules (TAWUN).
17. Designing and Installation of splitters, Fiber patch panel in the MTR & FTR.
18. Designing, and installation of Mini-ODF, Splice Box &Fiber termination box at the FTR and customer premises.
19. Installation and termination of Fiber optic cables at various fiber optic hubs.
20. As built maintenance and Schematic updating of various FDHs and Copper Cabinets.
21. Preparing the material Submittal and taking approval from Consultant.
22. Designing Shop drawing and taking approval from Consultant.
