 Assign duties or responsibilities to project personnel. Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives. Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems. Create project status presentations for delivery to customers or project personnel.
 Develop or update project plans including information such as objectives, technologies, schedules, funding, and staffing. Identify project needs such as resources, staff, or finances by reviewing project objectives and schedules. Identify, review, or select vendors or consultants to meet project needs.
 Monitor costs incurred by project staff to identify budget issues. Monitor project milestones and deliverables. Monitor the performance of project team members to provide performance feedback. Negotiate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain resources or materials.
 Plan, schedule, or coordinate project activities to meet deadlines. Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports. Produce and distribute project documents. Propose, review, or approve modifications to project plans. Recruit or hire project personnel.
 Report project status, such as budget, resources, technical issues, or customer satisfaction, to managers. Request and review project updates to ensure deadlines are met. Schedule or facilitate project meetings. Submit project deliverables to clients, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

 Monitoring execution of Mechanical works such as drainage system, water supply, HVAC, Firefighting (Sprinkler system/Gas Suppression system), Irrigation and Fire alarm system, BACS (Building Automation & Control system) & Architectural layouts (fire life safety) in compliance with drawings, Project specification & technical standards also implementation of relative corrective actions.
 Follow up approval of equipment’s /Materials, Method Statements, Submittals, Suppliers as per Quality Assurance Plan & Technical Performance, Performing Inspections i.e. safety & quality checks, FAT & Materials, Preparation of defects, deficiencies and claims.
 Coordination between Client, Sub-Contractors, Vendors, concerned Municipality & Authorities, reviewing Safety & Quality reports, Contract deviation & Prequalification’s, Preparing reports regarding submittal approval status, Material Procurement & Site Progress.

 Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring of Construction Activities. Making of Computer Generated Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
 Making of Weekly Site Action List & Weekly Schedules. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, or computer-generated reports.
 Research, evaluate, install, operate, or maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems to meet requirements. Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, or repair to ensure that machines or equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications. Assist construction team in identification of extra work. Prepares comprehensive work packages for field execution staff. Weekly Meetings with Client and Contractor.
 Making of Progress Presentations. Correspondence with client and contractor. Provide feedback to planning engineers on site problems and interfacing.
