Maintaining and Implementing Company’s HSE Policy.
• Coordinate with HSE Supervisor for HSE requirements and
follow up.
• Supervision and conducting investigations of accidents and
incidents including near misses, determination of causes and enforcing
preventive measures.
• Inspecting the work site and taking suitable steps to eliminate all
the unsafe working conditions and potential hazards and to maintain
good housekeeping.
• Inspection of workplace on routine basis to observe all safety
rules and regulations.
• Administering appropriate safe work practices / procedures for
the project & investigatingincidentsandnearmisses.
• Preparation of job safety analysis and hazards identification plans
to workers.
• Ensure daily/weekly safety toolbox talks are given at work site.
• Arranging Fire and Safety demonstrations and other training
programs.
• Work as a team player
• Keeping and maintaining all safety related records and files
associated with theproject.
• Daily HSE Observations.
Inspection of workplace on routine basis to observe all safety rules
and regulations.
• Inspecting signs and barricading and identifying hazards to workers.
• Conducting weekly Safety meeting with team supervisors and
contractor’s site responsible personnel to discuss issues related with safety
and further submitting weekly safety report to the HSE Supervisor.
• Submitting weekly safety reports, monthly safety reports to the HSE
Supervisor and record keeping of all written records of workers orientations,
check list, third party certications for equipment etc.
• Providing safety induction trainings to all new workers before any job
starting and work as team player.
• Ensuring safety precautions during Work near high voltage cables
and transformers
• Monitor activities such as hot work, excavation unsafe acts crane
Taking corrective actions for un-safe practice.
• Daily Toolbox to the workers & Color code system implementation
monthly.
• Inspection of workplace on routine basis to observe all safety rules
