Project: BAHRIA ENCLAVE-II (AGRO FARMING SCHEME)

Job Responsibilities as a QA/QC Engineer:
• Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction activities on site.
• Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, write and send to Quality Control Supervisor non-conformances reports.
• Checks the preparation of foundations and correct preparation of reinforcements.
• Checks the certifications regarding element mixes, ASTM tests, chemical analysis and grain size analysis.
• Laying, fixing and jointing of sewerage pipes of various dia.
• Performing water filtration test to check leakage in pipes.
• Ensuring proper sand backfilling to prevent stones from damaging the pipes.
• Monitoring construction of brick manholes of various depths.
• Orderly collect, check and manage documents certifying tests, controls and inspections carried out witnessing the tests, controls and inspections carried out.
• Check the conformity with the Quality Control Plan and obtain the relevant documentation.
• Ensure the correct implementation of the approved Inspection Test Plan according to Client’s requirements.

Job Responsibilities as a Planning Engineer:
• Project planning, scheduling, monitoring, cost controlling; prepare master program, resource planning etc.
• Weekly & monthly reports generation including S-curves for management review.
• Visit building sites to monitor progress.
• Monitoring progress throughout the construction process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work.
• Issuing material and resources forecast plan for one week and one month activities.
• Monitoring availability of actual resources.

Job Responsibilities as a Site Engineer:
• Planning and Execution of works as per design & Instruction of Consultant.
• Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, reports on work progress (key performance indicator) & evaluating as per the planned schedules.
• Maintaining quality standards for all structural works.
• Preparation of bar bending schedule, B.O.Q’s, sub-contractor bills etc.
• Supervision of the working labor to ensure strict conformance to methods, quality and safety.
• Execute steel as per approved structural design.
• Study of the related documents such as drawings, Electrical drawings, plans etc.
• Checking the quality of RCC works such as foundations, columns, beams, walls etc.
• Coordinating the strength of grade as per the requirements.
• Attending the client meeting regarding the status of work.
• Explains the work and Study of assembly drawings to the new comers.
• This job also included the bill verification as per work done & dealing with contractor and client.
