• Preparing Missing Report and assign the beat to Marketing staff.
• Preparing Business Report on daily basis.
• Maintain and manage routine company's operations and day to day activities.
• View the working of the whole staff and put up report to the Managing Editor and Chief Editor.
• Monitoring the Accounts department and its operations.
• Managing all departments and campus problems.
• Conduct meeting with government official and other persons.
• Keep in touch with different government departments and agencies for company operations.
• Coordinate to the HR departments for recruitment.
• To make proper arrangements for meetings, seminars held in the office or in the hotels coordinate with the hotel management.
• Coordinate with the departments to follow up on various matters for smooth flow of information.
• Provide guidance to new employees on different issues, facing in work environment.
• Perform other task as assigned by Managing Editor and Chief Editor.
