PTW & ADCO Material Pass Co-ordinator

• As lead permit coordinator involved in handling all daily permits & liaison with client engineers & job originators
• Effectively handled construction job permits & played a key role in completing all defined task within given time frame.
• Dealing with all departments like mechanical/electrical for isolation conformation for working in live system inside plant area.
• Managed a team of six permit officers to execute on time permit validation in accordance to GASCO, ADCO e-PTW, DOLPHIN, TAKREER, ADDC system.
• Daily coordinate with all discipline client engineers for approval of related permit, certificate like Excavation, Isolation certificate, Radiography & Confined space certificates.
• Worked with client software ADCO e-PTW system.
• Maintaining all logs as per required PTW system.
• Coordinated with team to distribute all permits at site before start of work.
• Maintain relevant drawings & submit to client.
• Coordinate with clients daily activities for permit issuing

Additional Duties
• Provide assistance in solving different problems in coordination with concerned person/departments.
• Provide administration support for site operations
• Assists HR Manager in appraisal preparation and evaluation of employees.
• Prepare for new employees and management of personnel files
• Maintain up-to date and accurate computer and hard copy of personnel files.
• Work with HR Department regarding site mobilizations and ensuring relevant procedural compliance
• Preparation of payments/receipt and keeping electronic file.
• Maintaining and filing of all the vouchers in the relevant files/folders.
• Arrange promotion cases for officer/officials.
• Maintain site mobilization and training matrix’s and registers.
• Coordinate with various training institutions.
• Process and arrange Leave Application Forms.
• Submit weekly timesheets to the payroll department and assisting with payroll queries as required
• Develop strategies for short term courses for employees.
• Design policies related to administration and welfare of employees.
• Ensure timely communication on employment changes i.e. resignations, terminations, leave applications, time sheets and other personal related information.
• Motivate employees to participate and contribute to the development and growth of the overall business of the company.

• Support the site manager with site based financial transactions
• Assists in processing purchase orders
• Responsible in the supervision of data entry and record updating.
• Maintaining the data pertaining to advertisement.
• Process case for approval of event management
• Perform other duties as may be assigned.

• 5 years of overall experience in Record Management, Drawings Archives, Project Support Services, System Support, Material Coordination and Material Control. My main focus is on Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
