•To analyze gross profit of New and Used vehicles.
•Pricing and costing of new and used vehicles, standard and extended warranties, service plans.
•Coordinate with Sales Director in preparation of sales deals and also in execution of sales campaign.

•Management of bank accounts and correspondence with bank on all import matters: LCs & Contracts, Bank Guarantees, Term Loans, Collection Matters, Trade and Non Trade Foreign Payments (Dividend, Software Support Payment, Royalty Payment, etc.)
•Liaisons with insurance brokerage, to ensure all assets are fully insured against all risk at minimum cost and manage settlement of insurance claim.
•Manage month-end closing cycle.
•Key contributor to annual budget process, working with various departments heads to review historical activities, trends and future obligations.
•Management of fixed assets capitalizations, disposals & depreciation.
•Collaborate extensively with External and Internal auditors during preliminary and year-end audit processes.
•Maintain and record all routine financial transactions.
•Monitor all Organization Bank Accounts (Related to Particular Fund).
•Prepare Debit and Credit Notes and coordinate with all the AKHS, P Units in Pakistan.
•Prepare Monthly Withholding Tax Statement of the Suppliers.
•Responsible for management of day to day accounting activities.
•Manage Receivable and prepare Aging Report.
