Typing
Type documents and submit timorously with accuracy and neat layout.
Time management
Accurate / detailed record is kept of Manager’s meetings / appointments.
Administrative Support.
Manage all time sheets
All Mail opened & identified daily
Mail prioritized and its importance evaluated, i.e. action, information and signature.
Follow-up on action mail and summarize.
Documents are filed promptly and kept up to date.
Names & details of contact persons kept up to date and easily accessible.
Keep office area need
Keep adequate stationary in hand
Travel & Accommodation arrangements.
Accommodation and travel arrangements made to satisfy Manager’s requirements.
Interpersonal relationships.
Note, monitor and take care of happenings / events e.g. birthdays etc.
