• Corporate strategy leader driving innovation and streamlining office operations and procedures, detailed roadmap to achieve established plans and ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Simultaneously tracking performance to ensure alignment of results with plans.
• Determining the right set of KPIs for the business and introducing a structured operational plan at the DG Office as well as implementing innovative performance management system across the office spanning employee performance management system, filing systems, and communication system - providing a good mix of leading indicators which hint improvement in all future activities.
• Striving to improve efficiencies across the DG office by analyzing business processes and linking all organizational units, processes, application systems, data, and technologies to get an integrated view of the organization.

• Managed all correspondences and workflow promptly, prioritized, and highlighted urgent matters, and dealt where possible to reduce the time spent by the COO in resolving problems.
• Reviewed operating practices and implemented improvements that were necessary to maintain a positive image that suits the COO Executive office image.
