After gaining all the knowledge through my UK clients with regards to UK telecom market, I stepped up for this opportunity at Tech Mahindra for working for Three mobile service which renown telecommunications brand of Uk. My primary role was to retain customers by providing them best deals and offers and also manage their accounts and meet customer expectations.
My major objective at Capita is to handle O2 which is UK based client and provide customer resolution and satisfaction regarding Basic and complex queries regarding their Account and billing, which are the skills in which I excel in.
Was recruited as Technical support and troubleshooting specialist for Comcast (USA) where my major goal was to provide customer satisfaction through my technical knowledge and skills which I acquired through my experience, interests and training.
Managed Basic book keeping and accountancy related work while also looking at day to day office work and chores Like Managing staff, meeting clients, conducting briefing sessions etc
