Recruitment & on boarding:
• Receive requests for recruitment from various departments and ensure that the position is closed within agreed SLA
• Managing CV database through i-recruitment
• Verify match with available manpower budget and Head of HR; and update the same.
• Identify the need for overseas interview and accordingly draw up a plan of action for the interviews to be arranged
• Ensure timely execution of all the activities related to recruitment and selection across the group companies
• Obtain annual manpower plan from all group companies and draw up a plan of action quarter wise to ensure the given requirements are filled as per the set deadline.
• Responsible for sourcing CV’s through various sources like database, headhunting, web site search.
• Screening, interviewing candidates’ along with the respective line manager
• Conducting Technical interviews along with the line managers as per the business request
• Identify the need for overseas interviews and ensure that the nationality mix is maintained in respective group companies.
• Screen candidate through psychometric tests and coordinate for final interviews with department or business heads
• Conduct reference checks for selected candidates as per the business request
• Preparing offer letter for the selected candidates as per the Grading structure.
• Organize and conduct induction session for all new employees.
Answerable to group managers / employees on all the queries related to recruitment, performance management, fitments and HR related matters..
