• Initiating and working on marketing/sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
sales data of the entire sales team as well as the operations team
• Providing and analyzing sales data, forecasts, accounts analysis
• Monitoring sales budgets (forecast) by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and
forecasts
• Identifying and prospecting new clients and targeting new sector’s opportunities
• Supporting in acquiring new key accounts clients all over Lebanon
• Meeting key accounts clients and supporting them with their best solutions to their needs
• Supporting respective clients with all their claims and needs
• Managing company’s sales warehousing contracts and freight applications

• Managing OneView CRM System as an administrator and supporting the sales team in

.Maintaining Supplier/Network Relationship
• Updating Social Media Company accounts with the right pictures and messages according to
the regional Marketing outlines
• Preparing and supporting the customer service department with their introductory messages
to new clients (through unified emails)
• Negotiating and buying advertising in local and international media
• Targeting new prospects through LinkedIn using its Marketing campaigns and sales solutions
(InMails, direct messaging...)
• Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars
• Research to identify clients, sector opportunities, and competition

Coordinate between sales support, branches and headquarter inventory needs and delivery status
Assist the GM Sales & Distribution in the daily operations
Prepare and assist in the development of yearly business plan
Coordinate weekly sales meetings, marketing and sales meetings, sales support and sales meetings and Sales support and planning meetings
Assist the regional managers in their daily operations
Update and manage the entire sales reporting and Business Intelligence systems
Prepare and analyze sales reports by rating, salesman, country and territory by weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Support to our international branches with different local services and backing them up with all their needs
Assisting in ordering requested spare parts and following up the process to the shipping level
preparing and sending quotations for the export sales customers
Taking, processing and monitoring sales orders to the shipping level (packing list, shipment document…)
Issuing shipment and insurance invoices
Providing prompt and courteous service to all the export customers
Presenting weekly inventory report and showing the reserved, ordered and available items

Handles Travel arrangements (Tickets, hotels, transportation)
Files all Projects documents
Coordination with other departments on behalf of Operation Dept., as suppliers’ imbursement, IT issues, HR formalities and paper works follow up…
International exhibitions registration and follow up of all related arrangements
Conducting research for new technical magazines & follow up the registration
Web research for technical needs of equipments, sets and best offers.
