• Giving workshops for teacher about how to use Microsoft product including sway, mix, one drive, one note, Kahoot, plickers, socrative)
• Working on research to participate in “Qatar Annual Research Fair with students from grade 11 Engineering on “Compact recycling paper machine”
• Participating in Robotics competition held with North Atlantic and getting the 4th rank among Middle schools in Doha.
• Representing Lebanon in the Alesco application competition( that was held in Dubai 2016-2017) for the application tilted “My medicine”.

• Working on NSIS and making sure that all the enrolled student are registered on the ministry of education website.
• Issuing reports every week concerning attendance statistics per student and communicating the information with the parents.

➢I worked with clients and Partners to ensure mutual success through tight collaborative efforts
so that customers benefit from all applications they have under M365 and achieving 100%
active usage for the products.
➢I became part of global project team that looks after educator and schools to prepare them to
become Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert and Showcase schools.
➢Created transformation workshop that demonstrated the value of Microsoft education
tools. (Office 365, MS Teams, MS Forms, MS Planner, OneNote, PowerApps) by teaching
Leaders, teachers, consultants how to become more efficient and productive with Microsoft
products they owned. Result was increased billable work and product purchases in addition to
close alignment between Microsoft and customers we worked with. (MOEHE, MOE Bahrain,
Bahrain University, MOHE Egypt, MOE Oman)
Achievement Highlight:
Middle East Custer top 2 in Utilizing Office products in Education among MEA region, with
100% usage across five countries.
➢Guide and advice customers on the development of strategies and tactical roadmaps,
partnering with them to understand their long and short term goals, and developing plans and
agreements that will help achieve their goals and objectives.
➢Plan and lead Education Exchange Middle East (Local conference).
➢Plan and lead Execution of a skilling program targeting students, Educators and IT (at Qatar)
