Accountable for managing the legal risks associated with the business and effectively partnering with the business to understand its issues and produce viable and tangible solutions for over 30 companies.
•Provide legal advice and consulting services including preparing legal opinions in all legal issues.
•Prepare and Draft and review all kinds of Contracts and Agreements (including without limitation MOU, NDA, lease agreement, supply agreement …etc) and overseeing the maintenance and administration of contracts with a view to maximising the company’s overall interest.
•Provide legal advice on local and international agreements relating to business operations.
•Licensing, franchising and distribution, transfer, acquisition and sale, sales representation and agency agreements, joint venture, and other commercial agreements.
•Assist in negotiating contracts and deals with customers, suppliers and third parties.
•Provide legal advice on legal issues including advice on Labor Law, corporate legal structure …
•Provide legal advice on all Intellectual property related matters (registration of trademark, copyright…) including legal disputes related to trademarks, patent ….
•Establishing companies and all contracts related (shareholders agreement, articles of association, General Assembly......).
•Manage the various litigation and dispute settlements to ensure a positive outcome for the company.
•Assist in defending claims or legal actions taken.
•Provide opinion and advice on the legal aspects of claims related to different commercial matters with a view to recover the company’s rights, minimize liability and reach amicable settlements.
•Coordinate with external local counsels for all litigations and claims.
•Manage the research, analysis for legal issues.

•Drafting, reviewing, advising on major business.
•Drafting and reviewing multiple international contracts.
•Advising on Major agency and distribution agreements for Multinational companies especially in the sector of automotive, heavy equipment, real estate, restaurants….
•Handling various legal case of multinational companies.
•Establishing joint venture with one of the biggest companies in Qatar
