Dar Al-Riyadh is the consulting firm for ITCC.

• Coordinates with Planning Department for proper scheduling, monitoring and execution of Procurement activity stages.

• Reviewing, checking and monitoring of Material Requisitions against Project Contract Documents and approved shop drawings.

The project is a Three-Storey Steel Structure Building intended for the Human Resource Office and Training School Center of Aramco.

• Procurement Supervisory works and in-charge of review of technical submittals and proposals prior to submission to Aramco.

• Reviews material orders and placement orders if according to required specifications and standards as per project requirement. Verifies other requirements that needed to be mentioned along with the Purchase Orders such as Testing & Commissioning, Non-Material Requirements, Inspection Requirements, Spare Parts, Special Tools, etc.

• In-charge for the preparation of procurement and material reports, e.g. materials tracking list and look-ahead forecasts.

• Solely represents ATCO in weekly materials meeting with Aramco PMT to discuss matters relating to the technical aspects and procurement process of all project materials.

Represents ATCO during monthly and weekly SPDP Meetings with Project Management Team-ARAMCO and Materials Standardization Division-ARAMCO.

Recruited by A.A. Turki Corporation for the position of QC/Site Engineer in the project, 32-Storey Al Hugayet Tower in Al-Khobar, KSA. The project is now a landmark in the Al-Khobar Area. A.A. Turki Corporation is engaged in the construction of hi-rise buildings and ARAMCO Industrial and Civil Facility Projects in KSA.

Reports directly to the Project Manager

Preparation of submittals to the Project Consultant e.g. QA/QC periodical reports, field inspection requests, non-conformance reports, technical queries, material proposals, delivery reports, and others.

Reviews shop drawings and ensuring site works are done in accordance with plans and specifications.

Conducts site inspection and joint walk-down inspection with the Project Consultant - Samir Khairallah & Partners.
