1- Maintaining Cost Accounting System
2- Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material
purchases, inventory and labor.
3- Analyzing data collected and recording results
4- Analyzing changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to
determine effects on cost.
5- Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual
production costs.
6- Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of
products or services.
7- Assisting in Month end close of the General Ledger.
8- Conducts physical inventories and monitors cycle count program.
9- Making estimates of new and proposed product costs.

1- Prepare the annual master budget and flexible budget, including compilation of data at a detailed level,
guidelines, standards, assumptions, and planning calendar.
2- Review managers budget proposals for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with gross trend and
capacity constrain.
3- Evaluate budget against actual performance and prepare detailed variance analysis report.
4- Prepare profit and loss statements sensitivity analysis, ratios, trend analysis and projections.
5- Prepare production performance, personnel cost, sales, shipping and expenses control reports on monthly
bases.
6- Prepare lists of Financial Position (Balance Sheet - Income Statement -Statement of Cash Flows).
7- Prepare a monthly, quarter and annual financial analysis report.
8- Evaluate finished goods, work in process and expenditure.
