• Monitoring the daily sales activity for the sales staff.
• Staff training, development and motivation.
• Handle customer’s complaints and conduct customer feedback survey.
• Maintain personal records and training records.
• Maximize gross profit.
• Customer satisfaction rating.
• Daily, monthly and yearly Sales analysis.
• Controlling the stock.
• Handling cash management, verifying payments and collections through the system.
• Prepare monthly reports required by top management.
• Skills to set the annual target and to prepare sales reports.
• He should visit all the showrooms in Riyadh to supervise and generate reports.
• Manage stock inventory for the entire showrooms well.
• He must record daily footfall of the customers, peak time and days.
• He should prepare detailed sales production reports weekly
