• Responsible for producing proposals from conceptual design stages through preparation of construction drawings as well as developing custom made joinery drawings for Client and Authority approvals.

• Designed and developed the scope of villas, exhibition stands, landscapes. Designs include concept design, managed the design time to get working drawing, shop drawing and MEP drawing.
Ability to co-ordinate, control and monitor all sub-contractors' activities on site. Recommending ways of improving the use of staff, materials, equipment and other resources. Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations. Developed policies, managed daily operations, and planned the use of materials and human resources. Excellent in planning site activities in detail, setting targets and accurately forecasting completion dates, well at logistics, planning and problem-solving. Familiar with all project management soft-wares.
