• Oversee the laundry daily operations like manpower, grooming standards, linen supply management etc.
• Compile laundry related data (Daily report, incident report, chemical status) update the status to the superior.
• Regular checking of linen inventory and replenish the items for the efficient operation
• Weekly laundry operations updates to the admins.
• Addressing linen related queries occurred in wards and ICU’s.
• Conducting department meeting, and monthly bills verifying for admin approval.
• Examine the process of linen condemnation, re stitch and rewash.
• Monthly report presentation to be made in the monthly review meetings.
• Organize and ensure proper patient movement in covid wards to ICU’s/ OR’s
• Responsible for arranging general facilities like Scrubs and masks to Doctors, Nurses and support staff working in covid care areas.
• Ensuring resources are available and indents made in regular intervals for the smooth operation with proper documentation. (Stock management of scrubs and PPE - mask, gloves, hand rub, soap, shampoo, cleaning reagents)
• Prepare duty roaster and assign task to the Volunteers and housekeeping attendants and make sure they complete the task within the timeline.
• Participate in General Service meeting and discuss about progress of work and getting feedback from Superiors during Covid 19.
• Strategize with Quality Manager, Audit facility officer and Safety Officer for protocol to be followed in Covid 19 area and Non Covid 19 area.
• Make sure all the Security Personal available at the right post guarded area in Covid 19 corridors.
• Procedural/Structural costing done for Artificial Kidney Lab - dialysis unit.
• Conduct Audit on Patient waiting time for Pharmacy, ENT AV tests, and Radiology department procedures, ECHO test.
• Conducted Wheelchair and Trolley restraint audit and report submitted.
• Participated in Patient Discharge audit and report submitted.
• Responsible for Quality related KPI in radiology department.
• Daily updates given to Radiology HOD regarding Modalities available timings, Pending reports of Doctors list, Leave schedule, Case list, facility rounds report etc.
• Collecting feedback from patients regarding In patient and Out patients services and facilities.
• Observer in the department from July’19 to November’19 and participated in various audits
• In- charge of Out Patient Area Maintenance, Housekeeping and Manpower allocation
• Take job oriented training class for new joiners and updating class for existing staffs.
• Conduct induction for new joiners
• Prepare daily report and Job orders.
• Participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives.
• Oversee the work allocation given to the supervisors by the Head of the Department.
• Check Grooming standards for all staffs and Supervisors and Maintain Checklist.
