Manage administrative functions within department to include assisting HR Head with recruitment, hiring, and completion of new-hire administration processes.
Serve as benefits administrator (medical/leave/permissions) and handle benefits function from enrollment through termination.
Coordinate the training and development courses then update the HR records in order to reflect in the performance appraisals.
