Coordinate logistics of construction materials and equipment across multiple
project sites.
Maintain accurate records of Delivery Notes and ensure proper tracking of goods.
Prepare Excel-based reports including monthly trip summaries and cost
comparison sheets for performance monitoring and decision-making.

Monitoring the timelydeliveriesofgoods and services based on the shipmentagreement.
Ensure compliancewith all operational procedures and standards.
Overseeing transportation policies, standards and stepstaken.
Generating invoices for clients and ensuring all invoices are accurate, and resolving any
billing errors.
