Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Build projects proposal and quotations.
- Organize the sales process.

- Worked closely with the team to deliver big IT projects for the group, such as: IT infrastructure for Dallah Albarka Holding new branch, Microsoft Enterprise Agreement, Dallah Albaraka Intranet, migration of Oracle ERP to cloud for some subsidiaries.
- Successfully evaluated and implemented different IT systems for the group such as: document management system, legal system, board meeting management system and project management & team collaboration system.
- Developed an internal system for IT to track the licenses distribution across the group and to monitor the inventory.
IT Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to the users across the group.
- Responsible for handling IT requests, raised by the employees on the ticketing system.
Key Achievements:
- Successfully enhanced the IT ticketing system (ManageEngine ServiceDesk plus).

- Design and implement new algorithms for sensing products.
- Optimize existing codes.
- Develop and run simulations and other analysis tools to predict system performance in various environments.
- Analyze large data sets.
- Perform data collection, analysis, and estimation techniques.
- Perform algorithm documentation.
- Assist in preparing and studying technical proposals for different projects.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the customers.
Key Achievements:
- Successfully designed and implemented algorithms for Traffic Monitoring solutions.
- Developed calibration algorithms using machine learning techniques for Air Quality Monitoring solutions.
- Worked on optimizing the Flood Detection algorithms.
- Assisted in designing the visualization platform for the sensing products.
