• Managing, Marketing, Branding and Business Development activities of Centrum Capital Limited at National and International level.
• To introduce Centrum Financial and Investment Banking services to Indian Industries (SMEs, MSMEs and Large Scale). Specially focusing on manufacturing / servicing companies in Defence / Aerospace / Security sector in India.
• Participating in B2B meeting, Industry Forums, Conferences, Trade Shows and Exhibitions. Expert knowledge of Defence projects, procedure and dealing with Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Home Affairs, Army, Air Force, Navy & DRDO.
• Generating business leads for Centrum’s Integrated-Customized financial solutions like Investment Banking, Private Equity, Debt, Capital & Corporate Finance Advisory, Venture Funding, Working Capital and Expansion Funding etc.
• Facilitate companies for partnership / Joint Ventures / Offsets / Merger & Acquisition / Buy & Sell out, Market Research analysis and Study reports.
• Worked with Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) as a Senior Executive (Defence, Aerospace and Homeland Security) from Apr 2006-Oct 2011 with 6+ years of experience and International exposure. CII is India’s premier business association which is playing a proactive role in India's growth and development by working closely between Industry and Government. Membership of over 8100 organisations ( SMEs, MSMEs, Large and MNCs.) With 64 offices in India and 9 overseas.
• Promoting Indigenization, Coordination with Government, Foreign Embassies, Ministry of Defence, Indian Air Force, Army, Navy, DRDO with their respective directorates on the policy, and industry participation. MoU partnerships with USIBC, GIFAS/GICAT, DMA, UKTI, SIBAT, NSBC, BDLI etc. Fine Knowledge of Defence Acquisition, DOFA and Offsets.
• Organized by CII the 8th Asia Premier Air Show, AERO INDIA 2011 from 9-13 Feb 2011 at Air Force Station, Yelahanka, Bangaluru. INDIA. As part of organizers has coordinated & executed various responsibilities like handling Officials, Business and Embassy Delegations and also B2B meetings. Overall in charge for administrative arrangement for exhibitors, services, electricity and facilitation of whole Air Force Station. Total 60 International country delegations, 675 Exhibitors with around 100 civil & military aircrafts has participated and was highlighted as biggest ever Air Show.
• Deputy Mission Manager of CII Defence Industry Mission to Eurosatory, Paris, France held on 14-18 June 2010. Has taken 21 member delegations and executed the mission.
Mission Manager (Coordination) of CII Defence Industry Business Mission to Nova Scotia, Canada from 21 - 26 September 2009. . Facilitated B2B meetings and Manufacturing plant visits. The mission is fully sponsored and facilitated by Nova Scotia Business Inc (NSBI) and by Canadian Trade & Government of Canada.
