Primary responsibility is to lead 95 Branded Retail Stores of MTS on acquisition of Voice, Data and Smartphone Customers. Head the customer delivery and collection function of postpaid through the Branded Retail Vertical.


• Identifying and appointing channel partners for deeper market penetration and reach also evaluating their performance and monitoring their sales, infra - operation guidelines and life cycle management activities.
• Overseeing the entire activities of Franchisee thereby achieving increased sales growth, collection targets and reduction of bad debts to maximize profitability of the store.
• Analyze and compare sales plans with the sales forecast and implement appropriate sales activities both inward and outward assisting the Channels in achieving the gross, device and revenue targets and facilitating them with technical training on a regular basis.

• Forecast customer’s demands based on analysis of off takes. Analyzing marketing trends and tracking competitors’ activities and providing valuable inputs for product enhancement and fine tuning sales and marketing strategies for ensuring increase in market share of gross acquisitions both in Postpaid and Prepaid.
• Sales process development, implementation and improvement. Support the team in managing approvals of special plans on voice and data-cards for customers as per requirement.
• Responsible forEnsuring all NHQ/Hub led campaigns are implemented at the Stores driving target achievement on (a) Retention (b) Pre to Post conversions (c) 1X to HSD Migrations (d) Handset Upgrades.
• Monitor implementation of MNP Proactive Campaigns within the Hub through regular review with the Hub Collection & Retention Leads
• Responsible for standardization of customer handling processes as per defined norms and SLA & thus bringing about the desired eradication of errors with enhanced i-Sat /Mystery shopping scores, retention of customer and reduction of bad debts for stores.

Primary responsibility was to lead the Corporate, Outbound -DSA and DST, Branded Retail Store Vertical of Reliance Communications - 12 Premium Reliance Web world stores, 36 Reliance own Retail Stores, 20 E2E stores, 150 FOS spread across Rest of Tamilnadu. Driving Retail vertical which was delivering 12K Gross postpaid acquisitions and 9.5 Cr revenue to growth month on month .

• Handling a team of 4 Circle Leads (Franchisee Management Lead, Acquisition Lead, Data &Devices Lead, Outbound Lead) 12 Cluster Channel Leads, 12 Store Managers and 150+ Channel FOS.

Achievements:

a) Ranked No 1 Nationally and rated as Exceptional performer with 5 Star rating.
b) Circle’s Postpaid revenue has grown by 20% in last one year.
c) 4000 Advance Rental HSD Sold in the month of December 2011- Leading to a revenue increase of 40 lakhs.

d) COA has been reduced with appointment of 27 New Channel Partners contributing 40% of business.

e) FOS productivity at 30 is best in the country.

f) Some of the major corporate deals cracked during this tenure including Manapuram’s 4000 CDMA connection and 1500 data cards from Muthoot Finance.


g) Zero percent churn from corporate HNI base and collections at 98% YTD.

h) Postpaid Through New Net Connect Distribution Vertical was developed with new 150 KRO contributing to Data card business.
