I was involved in Construction of ship building hall and office
block, utility buildings, ships lift pier 2500-Ton capacity. Design modification to HVAC,
plumbing and drain system, review of submittals drawings, protecting client’s interest by
maintaining quality of job, attending review meetings. Projects value 45 Million.

I coordinate all activities of design and supervision of the division.
Client discussions, presentation of design concepts, attending technical / progress
meetings for pre and post contract works. Some of the works I have been involved are
with Dynamic Engineering Consultant basically an Architect &
Structural Consulting Company, I was reporting to Managing Director, have the
opportunity to coordinate all activities of design and supervision of the division. Client
discussions, presentation of design concepts, attending technical / progress meetings for
design and post contract work are some of my daily activities. Some of the works I have
been involved are post contract activities of 523 G+1 villas and 92 G+1 Town houses in
JVC for Nakheel, Pre contract works of Gymnasium at Technopark, post contract
modification of Chinese restaurant and Gymnasium at Atlanties hotel at Palm Jumirah,
Villas D48 and J4 in Palm Jumirah, pre and post contract of Ali Al Hai villa, Shamil Al Hai
villa, Fadi Villa etc..

contract activities for 4 to 5 projects at a time. My responsibilities were to review the job
assignments to the Engineers under me and to approve drawings and materials reviewed by
Senior Engineers, participating in progress meetings, checking the quality and progress of
job, taking appropriate corrective measures as required, verifying monthly bills and
variations from contractor, closing out the job and documents. I was involved in pre
contract works too.

I was in charge of
HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting design and execution works. Senior Engineers and staffs
including mechanical, electrical engineers and inspectors were reporting to me. I have
successfully completed 2 Hospitals, 7 Towers and other buildings during the above period.
Some of my responsibilities were to review and approve drawings, participating in progress
meetings, checking quality and progress of job, taking appropriate corrective measures as

Jacob was responsible
for the qualitative work of the projects. This role included the preparation and checking of
submittals and drawings, the inspection of materials and tracing origin, and the verification
of invoices prepared. I was involved in the verifying and stream line the project program
preparation, resource planning, material planning, drawing preparation, site quality
control, resource planning and all MEP activity at the project.
