· Analyze, Develop, implement & measure training programs for Retail sector.
· Train, and coach over 500 staff members on Company Induction, customer service skills, SOP knowledge, Procedures & Refresher trainings, and health & safety standards.
· Supported in maintaining the DSES & Mystery Shopper % in Customer Service standards to 100%.
· Successfully re-designed the Probationary (On The Job) checklist & evaluation designed specifically for the new joiners to ensure they are well trained & evaluated.
· Successfully developed & conducted an Olympic contest within the Retail department as a part of Employee Engagement Program
· Developed an assessment method as a part of succession planning & talent management & successfully created a pool of talents. Designed a development plan based on their skills.
· Prepared a long term training plan for Retail Department Heads & Managers as per requirement.
· Planning, Coordination & Organizing inter-department trainings.
· Planning & Budgeting the trainings needs.
· Designed & implemented the Training Management System - a software to manage trainings internally.

Key Achievements on Projects handled:
• Developed and implemented a new screening method, to have quality personnel for the retail operations.
• Developed an assessment tool for evaluating the performance of staff in Warehouse and Distribution.
