Duties & Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Focus
Consider the needs of customer at all times.
Implements a high standard of customer focus with in the store.
Regularly assesses customer service standards with in store.
Actively seeks ways to achieve or exceeds shop sales targets.
Ensures all members of team have an understanding of figures and targets to be achieved - Daily/ weekly and monthly.
Ensures store maintenance budgets are used effectively.
Ensures all troubleshooting handing.
Stock Presentation & Management
Liaises with Area/ Retial Operations manager ( in absence os store manager) to ensure store has the correct stock package and required stock levels to maximize sales potential.
Ensures high standard of visual merchandising and maintenance among all staff.
Effectively communicates any changes in stock or store layout to all members of the team.
Maintaining the back store operation and replenishment of the merchandise.
To co-ordinate with the logistics department.
Ensures security procedures are adhered to throughout the store e.g. Bag checks.
Conducting marker research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups.
Evaluating marketing campaigns.
Monitoring competitor activity.
Supporting marketing manager and other colleagues.
