• Discussing project briefs with the Art Director in producing ideas that adhere to our brand guidelines/standards.
• Designing and producing offline and online creative materials to support the company brand and its products (B2B brochures, Media kits, Print adverts, Magazine, Infographic illustrations, EDMs, Landing pages, web banners, etc.)
• Wireframing templates for digital products of the company. Creating responsive high-fidelity user interface (UI) designs and presenting to stakeholders meetings its value propositions.
• Creates the overall user experience design and digital design requirements across the e-commerce division of the company.
• Developing better user journeys and scenarios by the following methods: Wireframes, user flows, lofi/hifi prototypes, interaction features and design systems
• Works collaboratively with the development team made up of product managers, developers, QA testers to validate that designs are executed correctly across multiple digital touch points
• Responsible for delivering digital design contents for print and web media in the Marketing and Brand communications departments. Scope includes, but not limited to, brand collaterals: print ads, display ads, logo designs, signals, email newsletters, flash/static web banners, online contest app pages, etc.
• Reports to the Brand manager in developing/updating the company's brand identity handbook circulated across all its territories. Prepares design presentations/mock-ups as needed for new or additional guidelines for the brand manual.
• Provides in-house design requirements requested by internal departments of the company.
Liason between U.S. and Manila crew.
Catching design errors, updating InDesign templates, organizing training and documentation. First contact for page design-related issues/locator maps/items on ftp/etc.
• Involved in concepts/creating marketing collaterals mostly for Resorts World Manila a company name under Travellers International Hotel Group, Inc.
• Collaborates with the in-house copywriters in creating the BTL advertising materials in print and some web requirements as well.
• Briefing other members of the creative team about the approved ideas/pitches from the in-house clients in the company (Hotel, F&B, Corporate, Membership, Entertainment, Casino Promotions, etc.)
• Accomplished creating the company's catalog projects distributed in the US and Canada (Seton Identification Products & Emedco) with very solid performances for our counterpart's recognition.
• Relaying layout information of the pages done in the catalogs with the merchandisers who work with clients in US and Canada.
• Supports management staff in Manila by assigning pages to work on to designers.
• Provides quick resolution on technical issues raised by designers.
Involved in creating/designing pages for the company's monthly and bi-monthly magazine (SPEED and A&F (Action and Fitness) respectively).
Layouting its said news weekly magazine. Also involved in shooting pictures in business events to be placed in the weekly magazine.
