i have 2 years of experience in abhay hospital as a icu staff nurse, my department is medical icu. and i learned many things from there by cne classes, practical classes, by assisting doctorse procedures. and i handled many patient with life threatening cases during my work period. in abhay hospital i have given care to the patients with life threatening like, ventilatore, bipap, RTA, CVA, IHD, CRF, COPD, asthma, DM, HPT, BPH, patient with gastritis, pancreatitis, liver cirrhosis, heart failure, MI, parkinson's diseases, seizure, hepatitis, tb, burns, like many cases. and i get 12000 rupees monthly. and bonus 1000 rupees per year, the faculties are very friendly towards every one.
after my college life i started my career in ruby hall clinic pune, as a staff nurse in medical and surgical department for my first 6 months. after 6 months they promoted me to the coronary care or cardiac care unit. sometimes they shuffle the staff members of icu and ccu because of that i got chance to work in our medical icu also. so i got chance to take care of different kinds of patients. i have taken care of patient like unresponsive RTA patients, CVA patients, ventilator patients, bipap patients, dialysis patients, CRRT patients, COPD patients, IHD patients, patient under ECMO Machine controle, patient with IABP, kidney failure patients, liver failure patients, heart failure cases, MI, ACS, patient with arrhythmias, post CABG, post PTCA, PAMMY, CAG, post pacemaker implanted patients, patients with communicable diseases like TB, H1N1, MRSA, pneumonia, dengue fever, malaria, Hepatitis, hiv, meningitis, gastritis, herpes simplex, hernia, liver cirrhosis, intestinal obstructions, cholecystitis, cholelithiasis, urinary tract infection, respiratory tract infections, pancreatitis, alcoholic withdrawal syndrome, cancer patients, DVT, thrombolization, post ambuted casers, post laparotomy cases, pre and postpartum cases, post craniotomy cases, .. and i have assisted the doctors for the procedures like cvp line insertion, wound dressing, plural tapping, ascitic tapping, endotracheal tube insertion, during emergency situations, lumbar puncture, arterial cannula insertion, emergency ICD insertion, tracheostomy, joint aspiration, corneal transplant from cadaver... they arranged many programmes for improving our knowledge like seminars, cne, camps etc.

Taking charge of the clinical area for a whole as part of shifts.
•Maintaining safety and well-being of the patients in accordance with safe practice and ensure that all incidents /accidents are reported and recorded.
•Assist with preparation and implementation of daily rosters / reports.
•Suggest and assist co-workers in establishing a good working atmosphere and the most effective and efficient use of staff supplies and services.
