Lead the company’s legal team and supervise all legal, compliance, corporate and fiduciary work of UAE, Oman, and India.
Consult and resolve all corporate legal requirements pertaining to the company (e.g., civil & criminal cases, police cases, IPR, labor cases, mergers & acquisitions, compliance issues and contract review etc.), with a
close collaboration with Business Units (Sales and Operations), and Finance teams.
Management & Administration of active contracts including: monitoring of contractual obligations performance, change management of live contracts and assistance with management of the contract amendments;
Successfully managed litigation through the identification and validation if judicial agreement, obtained
financial advantages, minimizing contingencies, and reducing the amount to be paid.
Communicate and negotiate with stakeholders, external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust.
Advising on white-collar crimes involving Senior Managers, executives, and high senior staff.
Attending client meetings with commercial companies.
Handling intellectual property portfolio of the Company.
Provide a legal regulatory framework and update all standard documents and terms of business.
Conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters.
Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance. Liaising with the Procurement
department to set strategies.
Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust.
