Currently handling senior and technical recruitment solely for clients like
Ashghal, Qatar Gas, Qatar Petroleum, Ooredoo, Intaleq and many
more.
 Participating in tender process to fulfill requirements of manpower
resources by providing salary capping & suitable profiles for the bid.
 Expertise in full 360 recruitment cycle experience along with managing
vendors and negotiating contracts.
 Expert in sourcing potential candidates through online channels using job
tools such as Bayt, Naukrigulf, LinkedIn, Gulf Talent, etc.
 Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls,
assessments and in-person interviews.
 Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using
internal Applicant Tracking System.
 Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each
position’s requirements.
 Lead employer branding initiatives.
 Organize and attend virtual job fairs and recruitment events.
 Forecast and budget quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
 Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential
candidates.

▪Assist in familiarizing associates with established training policies,

▪Responsible for full life cycle of recruitment and selection of all grades.
▪Mobilize candidates through various platforms such as Consultants,
advertising, existing databank, employee-referrals, internet sourcing, social
media sourcing and web portals i.e. Bayt.com, Gulf Talent, indeed, etc.
▪Conduct Requisition Fulfilment Strategy meeting with the Hiring Manager
and formulating job descriptions with the Department Heads.
▪Completing the joining formalities and updating the MIS of employees.
▪Visa application, tickets booking, follow-ups, transport arrangements, assets
request, creating employee files & updating recruitment tracker.
