Duties and Responsibilities: ● Warmly greets and acknowledges guests upon arrival.
● Effectively merchandises food and beverage menus in an informative, friendly and Enthusiastic
manner.
● Polishes all silverware and glassware used for service.
● Accurately takes guest orders.
● Cleans, stocks, and maintains the workstations throughout shift.
● Correctly and precisely calculates each guest check.
● Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by a manager at any time.
● Responsible for maintaining highest level of quality, service and cleanliness in all work assignment.
● Work as a cashier/packer, cook and / or supply base as assigned by duty manager.
● Follows approved standard operating procedure, food preparation and schedules of cleaning and sanitations of food preparation areas, equipments and cash handling.
● Responsible for giving 100% customer satisfaction.


• Address guest's service needs in a professional, positive and timely manner
• Demonstrate knowledge of the menus and drinks list and readiness to answer any enquiries from the guests
• Cater to the needs of our guests by specific recommendations and answer questions regarding beverages and confidently upsell to guest in a personal and considerable manner
• Notify the managers about specific guest's needs & requests
• Properly bus out the table after the meal
• Complete closing duties
• Thank guests when they leave.
