• Administer and maintain fleet vehicle/equipment records (MVPI, Istimara/Registration renewals) within
the companys ERP system, applying systems logic to keep data accurate and workflows compliant.
• Design and manage maintenance scheduling logic based on vehicle model/type and
hour-meter/kilometer-based service intervals — effectively building and maintaining a rules-based data
system.
• Coordinate with the maintenance department to track and resolve overdue/upcoming tasks, working
directly with structured, relational data inside the ERP platform.

• Led feasibility analysis — assessed whether client technical requirements were achievable within the
platform and defined implementation approaches, bridging client needs with engineering constraints.
• Built enterprise-level, data-driven marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push, on-site/off-site notifications,
surveys) using custom logic based on user activity data.
• Delivered 350+ client projects for brands including H&G Health and Glow, Dominos, BlackBerry, Adani,
Business Today, Jarir Bookstore, Virgin Megastore, Platinumlist, Under Armour, and Cashify.
• Received the Always@101 company award for professionalism and quality of work.

• Implemented frontend components for client campaigns using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JSON; used
Postman for API testing and validation.
• Executed and supported the enterprise marketing campaign workflows described above during
onboarding and early client engagements.
