•One of the Major Achievement during this period - Building Branch Team from scratch. In short span of 6 months - I have cracked 8 Motor Dealership, added Corporate & SME clients.
•Exceeded Set Targets for the financial year 2010-11 & Stood No.2 position in Entire South Zone in terms of achievement % and No.1 position in terms of Retail business % achievement.
•For financial year 2011-12 achieved highest growth on YOY basis in my Zone. 96% achievement vs set targets. For FY 2012-2013 achieved set targets in Motor Dealer + Retail Agency + Retail MA + Banca Channel. Always stood at par with the set targets

As Head of the Branch at Vizag and I’m responsible for Performance of the Branch, Planning & Budgeting Annual Plan, Generation of Non Motor Quotes & liaison with Corporate Underwriting, Operations Management at the level of Customer Satisfaction and to ensure planned procuring of premium and achieving the premium target of the Branch.
Managing entire Branch Team consisting of Relationship Mangers, Agency Manager, Territory Sales Manger, and Sales Officers, DST Team.
