 Performing related duties as required and reporting to top management
 Software installation, implementation and training hospital staffs on MEDIWARE
 Solving customer queries regarding implementation of software, maintaining maximum availability servers (real and virtual) and hospital information system (HIS)
 Testing, Implementation, Troubleshooting and training on modules in HIS and PACS

* testing, and finding the problems of optical cables and

* making of the cable through grinding, light testing, scratch
