Managing the Team & Disbursement accounts processing of allocated Principals
(SPOC) Single point of contact for the allocated Principals
Responding to the queries of Principal's & Agents and resolving the day-to-day issues

Ensure timely dispatch of Owners & Charterers expenses invoices
Identifying customer requirements and accordingly update Customer specific Instructions.
Explain CSI and train processing personnel so as to meet the Principals requirements
Maintain Client relationship and ensure total Customer satisfaction.

Communication/updating Principals on Ships movements and berthing/sailing prospects
Providing Proforma Ships D/A, Port information, restrictions etc to Principals.
Pre-arrival formalities, Berthing / Sailing arrangements.
Coordinating with Principals, local authorities, Shippers/receivers & Master of the vessel
B/L negotiation, Bank Guarantee / LOI checking, issuance of Landing permit
