• Handling Forex encashments and outward remittances.
• Ensure adherence to the anti money laundering policies and rules governed by RBI
• Adherence to KYC guidelines of the bank.
• Handling a branch team for coordinating all the work.
• Promoted to Deputy Branch manager position to recruit, train and supervise 10+ customer service reps and cashiers. Manage front-end operations to ensure friendly and efficient transactions at checkout.
