• 360º Marketing Campaigns: Planning and devising 360 Campaign strategy aligning product and company strategy through effective media channels to reach correct target groups ensuring brand guidelines market regulations. ( Print Media, Radio, TV, E-Media, Cinema, Outdoor, Events and PR )
• Budget Control Operations: Preparation of Annual Business Plans, allocations of budgets, budget control, income /expense planning and management reports.
• Strategic Media Plans: Development, implementation and evaluation of strategic media Plans to reach right audience through multiple media channels analysing market trends and consumer behavior for New Product Launches / Brand Awareness / Promotional Campaigns/Key Events etc.
• Agency Management: Liaise with Advertising agencies and vendors for multiple ATL and BTL jobs; focusing on timely delivery and execution, competitive pricing and negotiation for value added benefits.
• Marketing Calendar: Strategizing corporate marketing calendar and events schedule, Sharing of Monthly communication group activity reports to HQ and business partners.
• Event Management: Management and marketing of Corporate Events, Exhibitions,
CSR and Eco Events, Trade shows, Road shows, Product Launches, PR-Media conventions Etc.



• Marketing Collaterals: Design and develop marketing collaterals and ensure proper inventory, marketwise allocation, timely distribution and ensure effective display at shop front, to support corporate messages and marketing activities. POS materials (POP), catelogs/brochures, product stands, special displays, Give Away and Branding: Stickers, Rollups, Banners, Light boxes etc.
• Our door Media: Acquiring strategic Branding/OOH sites, negotiation with the vendor, contract management and explore value added services.
Outdoor Media handled: Airport Branding, Billboards, signboards, Mupi, Vehicle Branding, Onboard ads, Bus shelters, lampposts, product placement, events branding.
• Synergy in Communication: Make sure that the message is consistent throughout the communication channels meeting the Brand and Corporate guidelines.
• Coordination with Product and Area Teams: To receive briefs from various departments and make sure that the jobs are handled meeting the deadlines without any compromise on quality always ensuring good relation and satisfaction.
• Activity Assessment Reports: Assessment of Activities in terms of effectiveness and impact of communication strategies based on marketing research, ROI, Cost Control Methods, Cost Buster Themes and Sales & Marcomm trend analysis.
• Vendor Accounts Management: Ensure fulfillment of accounts procedures for claims settlements / SAO verification and balance confirmations including assessment of departmental process flow for SOX procedures and audit requirements.
• Standard Operation Procedures: Developed, implemented and monitored a range of administration procedures and standards to enhance operational efficiency and monitor and analyse performance of brand communication department.
