• Knowledge in Tender submittal, costing, Invoice preparation, etc.
• Performs routine aspects of assigned projects under close supervision, following established procedures.
• Coordinate with Project Engineer professionals to make modifications and corrections to project-specific documents
• Prepare and process client requested data or documents that are compliant with contract terms and client-specific needs
• May use computer-assisted engineering software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
• Collects and prepares data for evaluation
• Examine Project documents for completeness and accuracy.
DEPARTMENT: OPERATIONS & PLANNING SUPPORT GROUP
TEAM: MAINTENANCE SUPPORT & RELIABILITY TEAM (MS&R)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY:
o Providing and supporting the requester for getting NCSO/CSO (Non-contract service orders/ contract service orders) quotations as per service requirements from competitive suppliers/manufacturers.
o Initially evaluate Request for Quotation (RFQ) technically with final acceptance and approval from requester as per the received Bidder’s documents like a datasheet, drawings, catalogs, and supporting documents.
o Creating new items or modification in existing items as per work request for new projects, management of changes and requirement for new and existing Gathering centers (GC’s).
o Ensure technical support for queries, follow-ups as well as expedite requisitions.
o Prepare memos based on the subject confidentially up to managers like DCOS, Team leader.
o Generalize item specification in order to procure the item based on competitive bidding, minimize single source.
o Familiar with KOC standards of Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation.
o Reporting to Senior Engineer and Team Leader.
Handling of departmental activities.
Planning, Scheduling, daily production according to the customer requirements.
Preparation of work plan schedule to complete the orders as per order data sheet form and planning list.
Scheduling the workload as per planning list and ensure that the production deliveries are meeting the dispatch plan.
Processing & following up the sales department and ensuring that the products are delivering as per planning schedule.
Monitoring the operator and machines on productivity.
Daily up to date production report, material requisition, packing consumption, location transferring.
Communicating to Works Manager regarding commitment problem, process delays and update status.
Production Stock maintenance.
1. Quality Assurance Department
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality and compliance
targets.
Creating and implementing an innovative strategy to facilitate the
processing and making of tyre components.
Implementing and developing the Statistical Process Control (SPC) in
order to monitor and control the process.
Successfully Achieved SIX SIGMA in Statistical Process Control &
evaluates process capability.
To ensure whether the process control & quality standards are met.
Involved in preparing Engineering Drawings using Auto CAD and Coordinate in SAP based works.
2. Production Planning and Control Department
Product ion Supervising which includes manpower handling, making
documentation related to product ion, fol lowing up of product ion plans.
Planning and Executing of the Man power and Work Schedule.
To meet volumes with good productivity through optimal manpower utilization.
Supply chain management and material requirement planning.
Inventory control, Manning machines and coordinate entire manufacturing activities in the shift to meet the product ion targets.
Taking and giving fol low up of previous shift product ion, Maintaining good inter department relationships.
Preparation of daily product ion summary & Preparing the mold and drum changes for curing and building sections respectively as per the requirements.
Implementing 5S, inventory management and behavior based safety (BBS) among employees.
