· Responsible for planning, scheduling and executing inspections.
· Verify inspection reports, test data’s against inspection procedures and standards.
· Assisting field inspectors and guiding them through phone when they need assistance during the field
inspection.

· Customer service and guidance- Assisting clients to achieve compliance verification programs and all other
assistance related to inspection and certification programs.
· Co-ordination between Program Management, Operations department and clients to ensure and maintain for a
smooth work flow.
· Provide clients with Technical guidance on standards and customs regulatory requirements.
· Meetings with exporters, agents, manufacturers, trade bodies etc. as required.
· Review, assess and analyze complaints of clients/ exporters/ importers, if any and take remedial action to
ensure customer satisfaction.
· Look out for new business opportunities and Maintaining business relationship with existing clients
· Responsible for over all administrative functions in inspection department.
· Responsible for new recruitment and training of new staffs.
· Prepare commercial Inspection reports and certificates.
· Responsible for auditing inspection reports and field inspectors on regular basis.
· Maintaining accurate administrative records and job records
· Coordination between different departments and branches with in the company
· Monthly invoicing and reporting to the management
· Maintains QA procedures and inspection procedures.
· Periodically review GTS Quality Management System updates on the VL
· General Administration responsibilities.
· Development of customer service to ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets.
