Posting ad and mass mailing on Job portals against skills requirement and location.
HRMS
Grievances handling.
Emigrate Process & Onboarding.
Follow-up with agencies for timely ticketing issuance and deployment of candidates.
Subordinates development - training & coaching juniors for updating their work on day to day basis.
Separation formalities - exit formalities, timely cancellation, F & F settlement, follows up of repatriation ticket, etc.
Worker’s disciplinary action - absenteeism, issuing warning letters if required, follow up, fines / penalty and counseling.
Examines and understands data and presents information to the seniors as and when required.
Maintenance of HRMS of employees in ERP system.
Coordination & follow up the works assigned by Sr. Manager / Sr. VP as & when required.
Camp Administration.
Updating and maintaining weekly, Monthly MIS report in excel sheet that goes to Top management.
Taking the Head Count of the Organization.
Job Responsibility
Responsible of HR duties for Corporates and senior staff.
Maintenance of HRIS
Visa related issues & Coordination with PRO
Issuance of Offer Letters/Termination Letters/NOC/Salary Certificates.
Logistics Control
Arranging and & Conducting interviews / initial screening the candidates / helping recruitment process.
Handling full and final settlement of the employees.
Making arrangements for Final Interview Schedule with Dept Heads/Management.
Handling resignation/termination process.
Inform job applicants of their acceptance or rejection from employment.
Conduct exit interviews for employee and record them accordingly.
Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
Coordinating workflow.
Maintaining hard copy and electronics filing.
Leave Management.
Handling full and final settlement of the employees.
Conduct first round of telephonic interviews for the candidates to schedule interviews.
Sourcing CV’s as per manpower requisition form divisions/approved by HRM through direct applicants, references, advertisement and agencies.
Making arrangements for Final Interview Schedule with Dept Heads/Management.
Preparing Interview Assessment Sheet, getting approval from Division heads.
Confidential record keeping.
Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines.
Maintaining hard copy and electronics filing.
Leave management.
Preparing annual leave schedule and ticketing for the employees.
Obtain approval to process Visa’s & Coordinate with PROs till completion of employment Visa/Family residence Visa process for Management Staffs.
Preparing appointment letter/offer letters, increment letters, etc.
