I am working on Mis department at this company and here am handling a live report panel work. Java is the platform that am working and its back end is SQL. Eclipse is tool that we used to do java program. java server page is used to create design page and java is used as its action file. In the report panel project is used to show the agent performance in different format, just like day wise, month wise, hour wise and year wise.and its graphical representation is also displayed in the home page and each process home page.Inside the report panel we give option to type the down time entry, coaching tracker, etc.Its also show the different type of quality marks given to agent, and audit comments.The audit score is also shown as day wise, month wise, year wise etc.It contain an admin page to show the agent name and there designation and give access to the report for all the members inside the report panel.No need to type query for that. Another tool created to sending message. by creating this tool here we use only java server page as front end and sql as back end.The main use of this tool is to send any complaints or any compliments to the manager for anything happend in the company.
