Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the
work of any subcontractors.
* Daily work report to the Project Manager ( calculating the work quantity per day)
* Manage communication between all parties involved in development, where appropriate.
* Material arrangements for work activities & ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as
per specifications.
* Ensure site complies within guidelines of health and safety and security.
* Monitoring progress on site and compile reports in Project status.
* Manage budget and purchase equipments/materials.
* Quality Control of work done at site.
* Act as the main technical advisor on site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.
* Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical and other
technical documentation as required.
