 12 years of HSE Leadership role in World-class Clients with EPC companies and with Contractors.
 Work exposure included SIMOPS, Brownfield, and green field projects of Onshore, Offshore, Drilling, Well testing, Frack, wellhead platform, Hook up commissioning, Sub-sea pipe laying, Construction of LNG Plant, Refineries, Petrochemicals & expansion projects.
 As a Lead Safety ensure all site activities comply with QatarEnergy and Medgulf HSE Requirements and project specifications as well as local rules and legislation.
 Ensure that QatarEnergy Project Objectives are well disseminated and HSE actions are in place to meet Project objectives.
 Inspect and Monitor the place of work, ensuring that all H&S Procedures and safe working practices are carried out properly by relevant H&S legislation and with the requirements of the Company.
 Follow all permit-to-work (PTW) requirements by the Company and liaise with the SIMOPS PTW Controller on site and anticipate any need.
 Attend/conduct regular HSE coordination meetings MOM with Clients, Contractor representatives, and Site Management to discuss and agree on safety standards, concerns, and potential hazards.
 Participate in Risk assessment and method of statement review for PTW approval process of Hot work, Confined space, PMC Startup activity & Heavy lift, etc.
 Implement, monitor, and report corrective actions further to HSE findings, audits, and monitoring activities.
 Focus on the early identification of potential problems and propose, and provide appropriate solutions to safe site management.
 Investigate accidents/incidents including near misses and determine probable causes and develop appropriate safety measures to prevent the recurrence of similar incidents. (Root Cause, 5 Why, Tap Root Analysis).
 HSE Reporting Program using Leading & Lagging Key Performance Indicators to monitor HSE performance against objectives; and to communicate and report on HSE performance, HSE issues and risks, and developing trends to the Project Management Team and all relevant stakeholders
 HSE Planning for the team to achieve HSE KPIs & Objectives to attain organizational HSE Goals. Verifying the HSE-specific legal requirements compliance in the Worksite, labor camp, and welfare and reporting to contractors Management accordingly.

 Conducting Daily/Monthly Safety Audits of the site and preparing site HSE Evaluation (Audit) Reports of Contractors and Sub- Contractors.
 Ensure that records or Checklists are completed and filed for inspections, Accidents, Audits, and Exercises.
 Conducting inspections of Mobile equipment (Crane, loader, Excavator, Bobcat, Boom lift. etc.).
 Conducting inspections of Site Equipment (Generator, Tower light, Welding Machine, Fire Extinguishers, Smoke Detectors, Emergency Shower/Eyewash, Spill Kits, and all).
 Inspecting Storage area & Handling of Flammable Liquids & Gases, Hazardous Substances in yard Facilities.
 Evaluating hazardous conditions and recommending engineering controls, administrative controls / and or personal protective equipment.
 Conducting drills on site such as Fire drills, H2S, Man Down, and Emergency Evacuation drills.
 Ensure that all new employees and third parties working with the company received the "H2S Awareness and BA Training".
 Deep Knowledge in QG Procedure, SWIM, HSERM, SAEHC, WCM, HACCP, MMSR and SASC.
