Responsible for conducting Learning Needs Analysis in order to create, deliver and implement a blended learning approach for Sales in line with Canon’s overall business strategy. Budget and agency management
Responsible for Nokia’s Field Sales Force team across UK, to monitor and implement in-store marketing activities in order to increase sales, product knowledge, brand awareness and visibility.
Responsible for delivering Nokia’s product training at Channel Partners’ Call Centres and Retail Induction programmes.
Responsible to develop and deliver blended training materials for Take to Market products and propositions.
