Description of the experiences :

Change management Consultant - French Ministry of Immigration (7 months)
The French government modernized its financial information system for an ERP-based software named Chorus, to conform to the Organic Law on Laws of Finance (LOLF). I helped the financial division of the Ministry of Immigration to switch to this new system, by building a change management plan to ease the transition. I coached the teams of the department - including individual coaching for key positions, adapted the training to their specific needs and built a network of trainers and technical partners.

PMO - French Ministry of Interior (3 months)
In the same context of LOLF, the Ministry of Interior also switched to Chorus. We organized the training of 2000 civil servants and coordinated the action of our 50 assistants deployed on the national territory. My role for the support branch of this transformation project was to plan and manage the schedule, matching the needs of each “prefecture” and the specialization of the assistants. I also optimized the weekly reporting process, gaining 4 days per month that I used to optimize the training feedback reporting process.

Testing phase Assistant - French General Directorate of Customs (6 months)
The General Directorate of Customs was implementing an information system for operators who required to transmit import/export electronic customs declarations to European administrations. My role was to write the testing plan and organize the testing phase. I supervised the 10 testers during this phase, tracking the progress with tools I had created, report the deficiencies to the developing team accordingly to the V-model.

Change management Consultant - French Postal Service (24 months)
The HR service implemented a new business intelligence application for 1500 employees. We were working as a change-team of two and were in charge of the three branches of change management : communication, training and support.
Concerning the communication branch : I designed a new visual identity for the communication materials, lead the editorial committees and promote the new application to our partners. We also upgraded communication channels to accessibility standards.
Concerning the training branch : I insisted on building a trustful partnership with the trainers so I organized several events to ease the mediation between them and the business teams. With a continuous improvement approach, I build with the trainers efficient training materials I used when I trained trainers and users.
Concerning the support branch : as I supported users with application maintenance, I had a clear vision of the lack of information on specific subjects. We optimized our reporting tools and were able to use those informations to improve our communication and training materials, using the support reporting tools as a feedback tool.
