Position: Senior Manager (Jan 2021 - Present)
Covering operational activities during global company transition whilst remaining heavily involved in HR.

HR: Oversee multi disciplined HR practices across the UAE, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain.

• Develop HR policies, post covid restrictions and amend current processes to reflect global changes.
• Led company restructuring including functional relocations to India and Egypt.
• Leading Middle East culture eforts - Gender Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.
