Mining Equipment Spare-parts Warehousing Management: Receiving, Storaging, Distribution, and Ensure all transactions register to SAP.
Spare-parts Requirement Review; Stock vs PR Released.
Ensure the spare-parts expediting comply with repair & maintenance schedule requirements.
Fuel and Lubricant handling management (Receiving, Storaging & Distribution).
Inventory Management (Spare-parts Stock Planning & Control)
1. Material delivery Receiving; to ensure incoming tally with delivery document and certificate, and register to SAP within 48 hours.
2. Storage : to storage material per project and category ( Structure, Piping, E&I, Consumables and Consignee parts.
3. Material Control and Distribution; to ensure supply material as per project requirement in proper time and handling.
4. Inventory Management; Conduct stock taking once project completion.
Achievement : Set-up new stock-taking SOP and linked Inventory datas to SAP
5.Proceed inter project stock transfer for ex project stock.
Achievement : Create new SOP to compare completed project stock vs New project Material Bills.
